Craig was quick to reply late at night to my evening email asking about a quote to repair our broken spring. He arrived the next afternoon as scheduled. Craig explained what was wrong, how the doors work, etc. When he broke down the pricing, he gave us the best option as well as more cost effective ones. The spring broke on my garage door and I was nervous about calling garage door companies because I was ripped off before. I found Performance Door Service and crossed my fingers. The guy that answered the phone was friendly and took time to answer some questions I had. A garage door repair tech was available to come out within the hour so I said yes having a good feeling so far. The tech was in uniform and was also friendly. He took the time to look over everything on my garage and pointed out some concerns he had and gave me different options for repair. I chose to just change the spring and felt no pressure to do anymore. The pricing is very affordable and when I can, I will call them back to finish the recommendations.

They have done work as small as replacing a garage door remote that my wife lost, the maintenance and lubrication of the garage door, all the way up to replacing damaged garage door panels.
